Part Time - Reception & Office Administrator

Job description Summary
Working as part of a team, you will report to the Director of Nursing, assisting with the day-to-day operations of a Nursing Home.
Key responsibilities include:
Processing rosters on a bi-weekly basis on the Time Management system
Maintaining HR, training records and Resident and Employee files to regulatory standards
Minute taking
Issuing of Resident contracts and follow up
Ordering stock requirements and checking off deliveries to documentation
Supporting the finance team and Director of Nursing on administrative tasks
Greeting visitors at Reception and managing phone calls and message taking
Candidate Requirements:
At least 2 years' experience in a similar role within a busy office required.
Proficient and experience in the use of excel, word, outlook, teams and computer packages
Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and fellow employees.
Good organisational and teamwork skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Professional and focused approach, with attention to detail and strong ability to work on own initiative.
Pro-active "Can Do" attitude, flexible and adaptable to change
