A receptionist and administrator is needed to support a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a receptionist role within professional services, proficiency in MS Suite, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will work front of house, greeting and liaising with customers and clients, handling customer queries, and providing effective solutions.
Daily duties will include filing and reporting, managing posts and couriers, database management, stock control, and general up-keep of the reception area.
