Vickerstock Construction is proudly partnering with a leading Tier 1 House Builder to recruit an experienced Logistics Foreman for a high-profile residential development in Dublin

The Role | Logistics Foreman
As Logistics Foreman, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of site operations, ensuring construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage on-site health & safety
2. Attend & support whiteboard meetings
3. Manage the flow of materials & plant on site
4. Utilisation of in-house logistic software
5. Maintenance of site, including laydown areas, waste areas and walkways
6. Ensure accurate records of waste management & other logistics documentation
7. Supervision of lifting activities
8. Verify certifications
9. Oversee daily site operations and monitor project progress
10. Ensure all works are completed to specification through continuous site inspections
11. Report weekly on project delivery and site performance
What you'll need to succeed:
12. Strong trade, logistics or lifting background (essential)
13. Proven experience on residential or large-scale construction projects
14. Excellent leadership and communication skills
15. Ability to manage and motivate site teams and subcontractors
16. Comfortable overseeing multiple phases of work concurrently
