Dublin.This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career as a key member of a growing organisation.Responsibilities:General:Analyse sub-contract agreements with main contractorsCarry out commercial duties including budgeting, measurement, procurement, and drafting sub-contract agreementsPrepare commercial reports for internal and external reviewDemonstrate strong understanding of various construction contract typesContribute positively and proactively to the teamData management:Maintain comprehensive project recordsPrepare and present accurate budgetsProduce detailed commercial reports for all project aspectsDeliver all internal and external reporting on timeContract management:Advise the project team on contractual matters and administer sub-contract agreementsCarry out monthly interim valuations for main contractorsIdentify risks and opportunities within sub-contractsManage contractual matters with the supply chainUnderstand bonds, guarantees, warranties, and insurance requirementsWorking knowledge of the Construction Contracts Act 2013Construction Technology:Interpret 3D models, complex drawings, and specificationsAnalyse costs, compare to budgets, and report promptlyDemonstrate strong understanding of construction technologiesRequirements:An accredited course by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or the Chartered Institution of Engineers (IEI)Excellent communication skills.Analytical thinker with demonstrated problem-solving skills.Ability to work well under pressure, prioritise and plan effectively within a strict deadline environment.Minimum 5 years' experience operating in a similar role.Excellent computer literacy.For more information or to apply, please contact: Aoife ReganEmail:Phone: (
