Pioneer Fire & Security is a leading professional fire & security company in Ireland, specialising in the installation and maintenance of Intruder Alarms; CCTV; Access Control and Fire Alarm Systems, protecting a large commercial client base on a nationwide basis. We are currently recruiting a Service/Maintenance Scheduler to support and assist our ongoing expansion. This is a full-time position on a permanent basis.Purpose of the role:To co-ordinate the service process from initial contact with our client to scheduling the calls for our team of engineers. This role is heavily interactive and involves daily communication with both our internal team and our clients'.The key focus of this role will be to ensure we keep our commitments to our clients by executing planned schedules on a daily basis to achieve optimal output from the department.Responsibilities:Scheduling preventative maintenance calls for an assigned team of engineersInteracting and scheduling engineers to siteManaging engineers' day to day assignmentsEnsuring all calls are expedited in a timely manner and the daily schedule is completed at the end of each dayFollowing up directly with engineers were deviations to planned days are identified and taking corrective actionReallocating tasks in cases of cancelled or rescheduled visits for clientsCompleting the relevant support documents at the end of each dayPlacing orders with suppliers where requiredQuoting clients for small day works if requiredUpdating our database with the relevant detailsRunning daily/weekly and monthly reportsAny other duties as assigned by the Service SupervisorPerson Specification:Excellent communication skills both written and oralGood geographical knowledge of IrelandAbility to plan, prioritise and work to strict deadlinesHighly motivated with the ability to work as part of a team and independentlyAccurate data inputting skillsExcellent PC skills including proficiency in Word and ExcelResponsible and conscientiousExcellent interpersonal skills2 years experience within a service centre environmentAdaptable to the needs of our businessWhat we offer:BonusPensionAdditional annual leaveEmployee Welfare ProgramOn-site ParkingJob Type: Full-timePay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per yearBenefits:Additional leaveCompany pensionEmployee assistance programOn-site parkingWellness programExperience:service centre: 2 years (required)Work Location: In person
