Financial Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations professional to manage financial reporting, budgets, and cost analysis in our Head Office.
You will be involved in areas such as financial planning, budgeting, project management, business partnering and risk assessment.
* Preparation of departmental budgets and assessment of key performance indicators (KPIs) across various projects
* Assisting with the maintenance of project budgets and cashflow forecasts
* Completion of project costs reconciliations
* Liaison with Business Managers to manage and report on budget variances
* Systems development and process improvement
* Acting as a liaison between business units and the finance function
Ideally, you will have strong analytical, financial planning and data analysis skills, along with experience in financial operations, budgeting and business partnering.
Project accounting experience is beneficial but not essential.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills along with strong IT skills to include advanced Excel are required.
