About the Opportunity
We are currently recruiting Social Care Leaders and Night Shift Social Care Workers for a well-established children's residential service in County Tipperary. These roles offer an opportunity to work as part of a dedicated team providing high-quality, trauma-informed care to children and young people in a safe and supportive environment.

Available Roles
1. Social Care Leader - Full-Time, Permanent
1. Lead a team of social care professionals in delivering high-quality residential care
2. Oversee care planning, risk management, staff supervision, and daily operations
3. Ensure adherence to HIQA standards and child safeguarding practices
4. Support the emotional, educational, and social development of young people
Requirements:
5. Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Social Care or equivalent
6. Minimum 3 years' experience in children's residential care
7. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
8. Full driving licence
2. Night Shift Social Care Worker - Full-Time, Permanent
9. Provide overnight supervision and support to children in care
10. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents during the night hours
11. Maintain clear records and communicate effectively with day staff
12. Respond appropriately to emergencies or incidents as required
Requirements:
13. Level 7 qualification in Social Care or related field
14. Experience working with young people in a care or similar setting
15. Ability to remain calm and proactive overnight
16. Full driving licence preferred
