Job Title: Construction Commercial Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the commercial management of large-scale construction projects, focusing on maximizing value for our company.
* Manage financial, contractual, and commercial aspects, from tender preparation to final accounts.
* Commercial Management: Conduct internal and client meetings, provide detailed project status reports, and administer contract obligations.
* Cost & Account Control: Develop budgets, create Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and plan profit.
* Issue interim and final accounts, manage accurate monthly progress applications, and ensure timely subcontractor payments.
* Subcontractor Management: Manage all subcontractor accounts, including valuations and final accounts.
* Risk Mitigation: Identify and report potential commercial risks to senior management.
* Compliance: Maintain information security and adhere to our Company's Information Security Management System (ISMS).
Necessary Requirements:
* Education: 3rd level qualification in Construction Economics / Quantity Surveying.
* Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, procurement processes, and relevant contract forms.
* Skills: Excellent analytical, numerical, negotiation, and communication skills.
* High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
