Highly skilled employment law professionals sought to join our dynamic team based in Dublin. The role focuses on supporting clients with employment tribunal claims, including drafting responses, preparing cases for hearing, and representing clients at hearings.

The successful candidate will work closely with HR and employment law advice teams, delivering high standards of service to clients. Key responsibilities include reviewing tribunal claims, supporting clients with mediation matters, making early contact with clients, visiting clients as required, advising clients on claim merits, obtaining relevant documentation, drafting responses, preparing hearing bundles, identifying witnesses, corresponding with tribunals and clients, regularly reviewing cases, and completing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review all claims brought against clients in the employment tribunal bodies, specifically the Workplace Relations Commission and the Labour Court.
* Support clients with mediation/conciliation matters.
* Makes early and prompt contact with clients to notify them of case conduct, advise, and take instructions from clients.
* Visit clients as required, including offsite locations throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland.
* Advise clients on claim merits and defense prospects.
* Obtain relevant documentation and draft responses on behalf of clients for approval.
* Prepare hearing bundles and documents in the appropriate format.
* Identify witnesses and assist in witness statement preparation.
* Correspond with tribunals, claimants' representatives, and clients.
* Regularly review cases and provide updates as required.
* Prepare reports necessary for claims.
* Complete administrative tasks associated with cases.
* Provide support to other departments within the business.
* Engage in training, both internally and externally.
* Demonstrate commercial knowledge of services and products.
* Proactively assist in client retention and new business promotion.
* Ensure requisite employment law knowledge and technical skills are maintained.
* Attend offices throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland as required by management.

Person Specification:

* Third-level qualification in Law/Employment Law/Human Resources/Industrial Relations.
* Experience reviewing and processing tribunal claims.
* A positive approach to a busy workload and teamwork.
* Client-Centric approach to work.
* Ability to work autonomously and self-manage.
* Possession of a Full Driving License.
