Key Responsibilities
Lead contract negotiation, drafting, and administration for construction projects
Prepare and analyse tender submissions, cost estimates, and commercial proposals
Manage Monthly Valuations, Variations and assesments
Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows to achieve financial targets
Identify, assess, and manage commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate the procurement to ensure materials and subcontractor agreements align with commercial objectives
Produce monthly commercial reports and present insights to senior management
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction contract management or quantity surveying
Proven track record managing contracts in sectors such as residential, commercial, or infrastructure
Experience with standard form contracts
Demonstrated success in driving cost savings and optimising commercial performance
Skills & Competencies
Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis skills
Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder-management abilities
Proficient in construction-cost software and Microsoft Office Suite
Sharp risk-identification mindset with solution-oriented approach
Clear written and verbal communication, with confidence presenting to C-suite

Competitive salary band: €70,000–€85,000, commensurate with experience
