Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop the field sales team, fostering a high-performance culture that consistently achieves sales targets and drives market growth
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand existing customer relationships and successfully onboard new accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and operational standards, providing regular feedback and implementing improvement strategies
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights that inform strategic decision-making

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management with a proven track record of success in the beverage or FMCG industry
Demonstrated experience leading and developing a large sales team to achieve exceptional results
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make strategic decisions
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships
Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and performance reporting
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
