Responsibilities Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring high-quality guest service. Lead, train, and motivate the spa team to achieve service and sales targets. Work with management to maximise bookings and revenue. Manage budgets, costs, and stock control effectively. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Develop staff skills through training and coaching. Maintain high presentation and service standards across all facilities. Requirements Proven management experience in a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment. Strong customer service focus with a passion for guest care. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
