Financial Operations Director
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. A strong background in hotel financial management, financial analysis, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, cost control, internal controls, financial reporting and team management are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic financial plans to drive business growth and profitability.
* Manage the preparation of financial reports, statements and budgets.
* Lead a team of financial professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
* Monitor and analyse financial data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
·Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA).
·5 years plus in a senior financial management role, with experience in the hospitality industry.
·Strong knowledge of Irish accounting standards and hospitality industry financial practices.
·Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
·Strong leadership and organisational skills.
·Knowledge of Irish tax and financial regulations.
·Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
