What will I be doing as a Site Manager at Applegreen?
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for operating the site in accordance with Applegreen’s operations manual, policies and procedures.
Assist in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
Perform various administrative tasks to ensure the store’s highest performance, including cash management and stock control.
Motivate and lead employees by assisting in their training, coaching and development.

An Applegreen Site Manager would ideally:
Have previous experience of 1‑2 years in a similar role.
Have a can‑do attitude, strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers.
Ability to work well with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
