Job Summary
A skilled engineer is required to oversee the design, development, and maintenance of critical infrastructure systems. This includes mechanical and electrical services, risk management, and vendor management.
About the Role
The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers responsible for ensuring 100% availability of these services. They will be responsible for engineering operations and maintenance across multiple locations, managing shift technicians, senior shift technicians, sub-contractors, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the build out of Facility-specific infrastructure in existing locations.
* Responsible for onsite management of shift technicians, senior shift technicians, sub-contractors and vendors.
* Ensure all work performed is in accordance with best practices and procedures.
* Conduct financial analysis and contribute to financial decisions.
* Manage and develop teams of engineers providing technical and leadership expertise.
* Negotiate and roll out contracts defining SLAs.
* Conduct Project Management for multiple sites.

Requirements
* Degree in engineering/technical field or equivalent.
* 8+ years of People Management experience.
* 5+ years experience building strong, successful Engineering technical teams.
* 3+ years of relevant engineering operation experience managing large scale services.
* Very good command of English.
Preferred Qualifications
* University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, in relevant discipline or equivalent training.
* 5+ years of relevant engineering experience managing large scale services.
* 8+ years experience building strong, successful Engineering technical teams.
* Data Center Engineering Management.
