Job Description
We are recruiting a Project Director to join us in our Dublin office.
Responsibilities
Lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for successful delivery.
Proven track record in business development and work winning within the healthcare and education sector.
Undertake line management and supervisory responsibilities, supporting, motivating, and mentoring team members.
Contribute to the management of project management team outputs, in accordance with agreed timescales and quality standards.
Cover the whole project lifecycle from initial inception, business case development, through design, procurement, site delivery, commissioning and defects management.
Manage projects involving risk‑triggering factors (RTF) and complexities such as litigation, environmental protection and due diligence.
Qualifications
Degree Qualified – BSc or MSc – in Project Management or another construction or engineering‑related profession.
Professionally Qualified – ideally Chartered Project Manager status with the RICS, APM, CIOB or a comparable institution.
Experience working within the healthcare and education markets.
Sector Experience
Infrastructure and aviation.
