Role Summary
We are currently recruiting for Relief Support Workers to join our day service, providing support to individuals with mental ill health, intellectual disability, autism, and addiction issues, ensuring a person-centred, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities
* Provide day‑to‑day practical support to individuals with mental ill health, intellectual disability, autism, and addiction issues.
* Support clients to maintain dignity and achieve their personal goals.
* Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver person‑centred care plans.
* Maintain accurate records and complete enhanced disclosure checks as required.
Qualifications & Attributes

* Experience or strong commitment to working with people with mental ill health and related conditions.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
