* Lead, coach and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists delivering a full 360 recruitment service
* PARTNER WITH SENIOR LEADERSHIP TO DESIGN, DELIVER AND EVOLVE THE TA STRATEGY BUILD AND MAINTAIN A DIVERSE INTERNATIONAL TALENT PIPELINE TO MEET CURRENT AND FUTURE WORKFORCE NEEDS ALIGN RECRUITMENT PRACTICES WITH ORGANISATIONAL CULTURE VALUES AND LONG-TERM GROWTH PLANS STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT COLLABORATE WITH SENIOR LEADERS HIRING MANAGERS UNDERSTAND WORKFORCE REQUIREMENTS PROVIDE DATA-DRIVEN INSIGHTS MARKET INTELLIGENCE RECRUITMENT REPORTING VENDOR & PARTNER MANAGEMENT NEGOTIATE CONTRACTS MANAGE BUDGET MONITOR VENDOR PERFORMANCE DRIVE VALUE QUALITY COST-EFFECTIVENESS ACROSS ALL EXTERNAL PARTNERS OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE CHAMPION EMPLOYER BRANDING CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE TOUCHPOINTS OVERSEE RECRUITMENT MARKETING SOURCING STRATEGIES CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVE RECRUITMENT SYSTEM PROCESS POLICIES DELIVER REGULAR RECRUITMENT METRICS OPERATIONAL REPORTS
