We now have a requirement for additional experienced general maintenance technicians to join our team and are offering full time positions in the Dublin area. This position may suit a very experienced snagger or handyman.
Candidate would be working with a busy maintenance company, daily tasks include minor carpentry works, leak finding on flat roofs and balconies, patching and general maintenance to residential apartment blocks on a daily basis.
We are looking for a team player who is an excellent communicator and is looking for long term employment.Key Responsibilities
* Taking work orders though our field management software system
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues within occupied residential apartment blocks that we maintain
* Reporting to our office on findings and suggesting resolutions to the issues found
* Carry out general maintenance tasks including carpentry, painting, patching & leak finding and repairs of balconies and flat roofs amongst others
* Ensure tasks are completed in a timely, efficient, and safe manner
* Providing a high level of customer service, representing both our clients and our company
* Collaborate closely with our maintenance manager to maintain standards
Requirements
* Strong general maintenance skills
* Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
* Ability to communicate well with other staff members
* Clean driving licence
* Safe pass
* Manual handling
* MEWP tickets preferred
* Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience in similar roles
