We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to help grow revenue from an established client base and acquire new business within the estate agency sector in the Munster region.

Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a trusted advisor to property clients, connecting them with high-traffic online audiences.
* Promote a suite of digital advertising solutions to meet customer needs and drive performance.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with estate agents and key decision-makers in your territory.
* Conduct face-to-face client visits throughout Cork and Kerry.
* Prospect and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
* Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage your pipeline and forecast sales accurately.
* Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
* Share insights from the market and customers to help shape sales and product strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 3+ years of B2B or digital sales experience, ideally with a background in online advertising or SaaS.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
* Comfortable engaging with C-level executives and leading both short and long sales cycles.
* Familiarity with tools like Salesforce is an advantage.
* A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
