### Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate leader to join our nursing team as a Clinical Nurse Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Director of Nursing in maintaining high standards of clinical care, governance, and staff development within our home.
Key responsibilities include ensuring all home policies and best clinical standards are consistently upheld through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
This role involves reviewing residents' clinical care assessments and documentation to ensure appropriate care plans are in place. The leader will also manage and elevate clinical issues as required.
A comprehensive approach is taken to supervise medication administration, ordering monthly stock, maintaining inventory records, auditing medications, and working with senior management to improve standards. Liaison with GPs regarding medication reviews is also part of this responsibility.
