Senior Sales Leadership Position
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Sales Leader to spearhead business growth and commercial operations in the Irish market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives, monitoring market trends and identifying new opportunities for sustainable growth.
* Sales Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure consistent achievement of targets, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and training to support team development.
* Financial Management: Prepare and manage the annual sales budget in alignment with strategic goals, monitoring and controlling sales expenditures to maintain profitability and cost efficiency.
* Customer & Market Development: Foster strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic partners, collaborating with marketing to boost brand visibility and support lead generation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A minimum of 7 years' sales experience in the LV electrical equipment sector or a related industry, with in-depth knowledge of the Irish market.
* Proven ability to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
* Strong understanding of LV switchgear and electrical distribution channels.
* Established network of industry relationships and key customer contacts.
* Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
* Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Requirements:
* Skills & Qualifications: A strong record of delivering exceptional sales results and extensive experience from the low-voltage (LV) electrical equipment industry.
* Education & Training: Relevant academic qualifications and/or professional certifications in sales, marketing, or a related field.
