We are seeking a Qualified Maintenance Fitter to join a leading industrial operation in Co. Carlow. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with expertise in periautics and hydraulics to play a key role in maintaining and improving JOH production efficiency.
Duties
* Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment.
* Work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, ensuring optimal performance.
* Conduct planned preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
* Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, diagnose issues, and implement solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts used.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and efficient work Reject.
Criteria
* Qualified Maintenance Fitter with relevant certification.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an industrial setting.
* Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with pneumatics and hydraulics.
* Ability to work on a two‑shift rota basis.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
* Fluent English required.
