Role: EH&S Senior Manager – Advanced Manufacturing Site

What You’ll Do

* Protect what matters: Oversee audits, inspections, and emergency preparedness so the site is ready for anything.
* Drive progress: Turn incident data into actionable insights, proactively reducing risks and creating smarter processes.
* Shape the future: Evaluate new technologies and processes to ensure innovation and safety grow side by side.
* Champion sustainability: Oversee environmental programs, waste management, and compliance with pride.
* Collaborate to win: Partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to align EHS goals with business success.
* Be the culture-builder: Foster accountability, continuous improvement, and shared ownership of safety across the site.
What You’ll Bring
* A degree (NFQ 8 or equivalent) in EHS, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
* 6+ years in manufacturing (3+ in leadership), ideally within a regulated or high-tech industry.
* A track record of delivering results in EHS — from compliance to culture change.
* Strong stakeholder and leadership skills: you can influence, inspire, and collaborate at every level.
* Experience working with regulators and implementing world-class EHS systems.
* Tech-savviness, with advanced Microsoft Office skills and a knack for turning data into action.
