Business Growth Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to drive business expansion and revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early experience in sales who wants to work in a fast-paced environment and develop valuable skills.

* Work closely with key account managers to plan and execute outreach strategies
* Identify high-potential companies that would benefit from our solution
* Engage with prospects through email and social media
* Test and refine messaging across different industries and buyer types
* Help create new opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline

We're looking for someone fluent in German and English, with at least 12 months of experience in a sales development or lead generation role. You should be motivated by goals and excited about exceeding targets. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential.
