Project Manager (Quantity Surveyor)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team for a significant €50M commercial project in North Dublin.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of the project.
* Develop, manage, and report on project budgets, forecasts, and cost plans.
* Collaborate closely with the project team, design consultants, and client representatives.
Key Requirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
* A minimum of 7 years post-graduate experience.
* In-depth understanding of Irish construction contracts and procurement routes.
