Are you a passionate and talented Chef de Partie looking to make your mark in a dynamic and stylish culinary environment? Balfes Restaurant is seeking a dedicated individual to join our vibrant kitchen team.

Job Description:

As a Chef de Partie at Balfes Restaurant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your specialty.
* Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating new menu items.
* Managing and training any Demi-Chef de Parties or Commis working with you.
* Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and following health and safety regulations.
* Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
