Job Description
Due to existing successes and future growth ambitions, we are looking for a high-caliber Associate Director to support client delivery and future growth across our infrastructure advisory service line. As a senior member of our growing team, you would be working to help us make a difference with our clients in delivering high-quality advisory services across the infrastructure sector (transport, water, environmental resilience) in Ireland, and drive business growth. You would be based in either our Dublin or Belfast office and likely spend your time with colleagues and client teams across the island.

Skills and Attributes
* Significant experience in managing multiple disciplines / teams / advisors / clients on infrastructure projects/programmes across the lifecycle, ideally across sectors and clients. Proven and demonstrable success, and able to challenge / set strategy.
* Excellent leadership skills, capable of setting high standards and managing performance against these, utilising people and resources efficiently to meet and exceed stakeholder expectations. Able to succeed in ambiguous and challenging environments.
* Leads and is accountable for the health, safety, and wellbeing of those within your sphere of responsibility.
* Ability to anticipate client challenges and determine applicable solutions, innovating as necessary, through your depth of understanding of stakeholder needs. Can do this sustainably.

Qualifications
* Degree in business, management, finance, economics, construction or infrastructure related subject, or equivalent experience.
* Professional affiliation and qualification status with the APM, RICS, IEI, ICE, CAI or similar professional institution desirable.
Experience & Attributes
* 8+ years’ experience in the infrastructure sector, with considerable experience providing advisory services like the above to key infrastructure clients in Ireland / Northern Ireland.
* Significant experience of forming and leading teams in the delivery of high-quality outcomes for clients.
* Deep understanding of the infrastructure landscape across Ireland and Northern Ireland, as well as familiarity with functioning of public sector organisations, non-departmental and arm’s length bodies.
* Experience of building strong client relationships and leading business development activities.
* Deep passion for solving infrastructure challenges.
* Strategic and logical thinker with excellent analytical skills.
* Excellent relationship-building, communication, report writing and presentation skills.
