This ongoing Moday to Friday, daytime position is ideal for someone who is experienced, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced sales support environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient administrative processes. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team Process customer orders, input data accurately, and generate sales reports Handle inbound customer service queries by phone and email Answer phones promptly and manage support tickets efficiently Place and track orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment Manage and update customer accounts and CRM systems Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics and finance for seamless operations Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and other sales documentation Perform general office duties to support smooth day-to-day functioning Requirements: 2+ years proven experience in a sales administration, office support. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management abilities Confident working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT systems Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Manual Handling Certificate (training can be provided if needed) Must have the legal right to work in Ireland Skills: customer service keen eye for detail Maintain and update records
