Job Overview
Join Carlsberg as a Finance Business Partner in a dynamic part-time hybrid role supporting the AFH Commercial Controller and wider commercial team in the Irish market.
This position combines traditional finance responsibilities with strategic business partnering to drive growth and profitability.
As a key advisor to Marketing and Sales functions, you'll provide critical financial insights that enable effective decision-making while ensuring governance and optimizing resource allocation across brand execution and customer engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans aligned with strategic objectives
Deliver financial analysis, scenario modeling, and actionable insights to support brand activation, pricing strategies, and commercial decisions
Monitor performance against KPIs, highlighting risks and opportunities to drive growth and margin improvement
Collaborate with third‑party distributors and strategic customers to ensure accurate financial reporting and support negotiations
Act as the finance liaison within the Britvic-Carlsberg MFST team, ensuring alignment between financial objectives and commercial priorities
Requirements
Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience or equivalent
Proven financial accounting and business partnering experience
Strong analytical and interpretive skills with ability to present financial data in a user-friendly manner
Experience in challenging conventional thinking and driving innovative solutions
Ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of the organization
FMCG industry experience preferred

Education/Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
Professional accountancy qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
