Urgent Technical Support Opportunity
About the Role:
A Senior IT Engineer is sought to join a growing technical support team. The successful candidate will maintain and optimize critical infrastructure, conduct security reviews, implement MFA and VPN security, manage site documentation, and collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience with servers, firewalls, cloud solutions, endpoint security, and backup systems is required. Operational knowledge of modern workplace tools (M365, Intune, Azure) is also necessary. Excellent client-facing skills and proven ability to work independently or within a team are essential. Preferred certifications include FortiGate NSE 4 / FCP, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Azure & Intune expertise. Windows Server/Active Directory proficiency, virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware), and backup solutions experience (Datto or equivalent) are highly valued.
