The Role
We're looking for Graduate Design Engineers (gn) who're curious, driven, and ready to build a career in aircraft design and certification. You'll work alongside experienced engineers on real-world aircraft modification projects, gaining hands-on exposure to certified design, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll be doing
* Supporting the design and certification of aircraft modifications and repairs
* Assisting with the creation and checking of design data in line with EASA and FAA requirements
* Working closely with customers, OEMs, suppliers, and internal teams
* Taking part in on-site aircraft inspections and design validations
* Contributing to technical discussions, design reviews, and engineering meetings
* Helping prepare technical and commercial proposals
* Supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives
* Keeping up to date with aviation standards, technology, and industry trends
What we're looking for
* A degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related discipline
* A basic understanding of EASA/FAA regulations (Part 21 knowledge is a plus)
* Experience using AutoCAD or similar design tools
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* A creative, solution-focused approach to engineering challenges
* High personal standards when it comes to safety, quality, and integrity
* A genuine interest in aviation and aircraft design
