Our organization seeks a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Field Care Supervisor. This position requires someone who is dedicated, reliable, and flexible.
Key Responsibilities:
* To establish effective reporting mechanisms for incidents and accidents.
* To follow up on new cases after a one-month period.
* Liaise directly with families for case set-ups.
* Maintain open communication with the Care Manager.
* Work collaboratively with the area Care Manager to implement policies and procedures.
* BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH SERVICE USERS AND THEIR FAMILIES TO ENSURE SATISFACTORY OUTCOMES.
* Adhere to confidentiality policies at all times.
* Be prepared to deputize for the Care Manager when necessary.
Requirements:
* Possess a Level 7/8 degree in Social Studies or be working towards it.
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in a fast-paced team environment.
* Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
* Show strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment-making skills.
* Be capable of adapting to a dynamic and flexible work setting.
* Develop good listening skills and a willingness to learn from others.
* Excellent organizational skills, self-motivation, and self-starter qualities are essential.
* Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication and IT skills.
