Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Computer Science or equivalent
* At least 8 years of experience in software quality engineering/test leadership roles
* Proven track record of managing multi-discipline test teams (automation, functional, non-functional)
* Strong technical skills, including hands-on familiarity with modern automation & quality tools
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
