Sales Support Manager Job Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Support Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will take control of administrative tasks around the office, managing reception calls and emails, deliveries, purchases orders, communications with staff, organising internal meetings, onboarding/offboarding staff, managing office services contracts, staff events, utilities and subscriptions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring seamless communication between departments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate the best prices and services for the company.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with the Chief Executives and other team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to manage heavy workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
