Commercial Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Project Manager to lead our project team. The Commercial Project Manager is responsible for providing commercial support, maintaining commercial information, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the cost and value reporting process, forecasting costs, and updating monthly CVR, cost and commercial plans.
* Ensure robust and accurate cost and value reporting at both project and business unit level.
* Carry out cost management including earned value analysis and coaching junior team members.
The ideal candidate will have 4 years minimum experience in a Quantity Surveying role, A HND or degree level qualification in Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial planning and management of subcontract agreements.
2. Leading and mentoring junior team members within the commercial department.
