You will support the procurement process by sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes and preparing purchase orders. You will ensure timely delivery of goods and services, maintain accurate records and assist in monitoring inventory levels. While also coordinating with vendors, tracking shipments and resolving any issues related to pricing, quality or delivery to keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Source and obtain competitive quotes, place orders and ensure agreed rates and terms are established with suppliers to optimise financial efficiency. Manage procurement of materials, process purchase orders through purchasing software and oversee the workflow through to payment. Coordinate and communicate all teams to ensure the smooth running of the organisation Organise and manage the movement of materials between sites. Perform general purchasing administration and support as required. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders Support compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all purchasing activities. Report directly to the Procurement Manager and support the overall procurement function. Requirements Experience with purchasing processes, purchase orders and purchasing Strong Communication skills Knowledge of Procurement practices Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and within a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Highly detail-oriented and organised, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
