Job Opportunity
A job opening has become available for an Administrator to provide administrative support in a Residential setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
About the Role
The role involves providing administrative support to the Management Team and relevant Departmental Functions, where required. This includes managing and booking health-related appointments, updating individual risk management plans, preparing daily planners, key working sessions and health checks, as well as ensuring files are up-to-date and organized.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to the Management Team and/or relevant Departmental Functions, where required.
2. Support in preparing a brief of tasks and duties for the Team to plan and allocate duties for the day in conjunction with Management Team.
3. Manage and book Individuals' health related appointments.
4. Update Individual Risk Management Plans in consultation with the PIC / Deputy Managers and Key Worker.
5. Update and issue Daily Planners, Key Working Sessions, Health and / or Behavioural Checks, as required.
6. Ensure Key Workers / Support Staff are completing the Individual Finance Checklist.
7. Ensure files are up to date and organised in a neat and tidy fashion.
8. Ensure team meeting minutes are typed up and made available through SharePoint.
9. Ensure all Incident, Accident and Daily Reports are completed for the previous week.
10. Ensure fire drills are completed by the designated person.
Requirements
* Qualification: Qualification (NFQ level 6 or above in healthcare or related discipline)
* Knowledge: Knowledge of social care or a health-related sector
* Experience: 2 Years' previous experience in social care setting or a health-related discipline
* Skills: Excellent communication skills, Proficient in written communication skills such as report writing, Highly organised with a strong attention to detail, Excellent interpersonal skills, Administrative experience, Proficient in IT Skills: MS Office
