CSA Construction Lead - Consultancy - Pharma - Tipperary

Job Description:
Our client, one of the world's largest providers of professional technical services, is seeking a CSA Construction Lead to work on a pharma site in Ballydine, Tipperary. Reporting to the Construction Manager and CSA Lead, you will be responsible for the proper and timely construction of the CSA scope, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, detailed design, control estimates, contracts, SOPs, WIs, and standards.
Your duties will include:
1. Pre-construction activities such as detailed review and liaison with design and client workgroup leads, model reviews.
2. Leading constructability reviews across all build facets.
3. Preparing detailed SOWs for trade contract procurement.
4. Assisting in the preparation of detailed BOQs.
5. Reviewing CSA bids and preparing TBA.
6. Conducting trade and industry knowledge reviews and staying updated on construction industry developments.
7. Developing detailed execution strategies.
8. Contributing to CHSP, QA/TO, and other general construction documentation.
9. Assisting in schedule development, reviews, and leading IAPs.
10. Providing input for developing the CSA construction department, including improving procedures, liaising with design leads, and managing resources.
Additional responsibilities include ensuring adequate personnel and resources, managing subcontractors, developing site SOPs, complying with safety and legal standards, and overseeing staff assessments and training. You will supervise all site CSA staff, including construction superintendents, trade supervisors, and subcontractors.
Requirements:
* Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
* 10+ years’ experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of biotech/pharma industries.
* Excellent multidisciplinary knowledge.
