A highly skilled commercial professional is required to join a leading multi-disciplinary Engineering and Construction company.
Role:
The successful candidate will efficiently manage all commercial aspects of the Dublin Port project, maintaining regular liaison with all stakeholders. Their key responsibilities include team management and development, delegation of appropriate work to staff whilst maintaining accountability, ensuring adherence to group procedures and governance.
* Collate, analysis & challenge Cost/Value Reports and forecasts as required
* Implement required actions including design and implementation of a commercial strategy for their portfolio and tenders
* Assist in maximising cash position through WIP control,cash flow production & improvement plans for all projects
