The Role
We're looking for an energetic, hands-on
Senior Product Manager
to lead our
AI Security product portfolio
, sitting at the intersection of two of the fastest-moving domains in tech:
AI and cybersecurity
.
In this role, you'll own the product vision, strategy, and execution—driving impactful features that help customers confidently mitigate AI-related security risks. You'll balance big-picture thinking with strong execution, advocate for customer needs, and partner closely with engineering, sales, and marketing to deliver meaningful value.
What You'll Do
Product Ownership
* Define product features, scope, and priorities, balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business goals
* Build and manage product roadmaps aligned to market trends, customer use cases, and emerging technologies
* Track product performance through clear metrics, dashboards, and lifecycle reporting
Customer-Centric Leadership
* Deeply understand buyer and user personas, translating feedback and insights into actionable improvements
* Champion customer experience across design and development decisions
Agile Execution
* Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, feature kickoffs) to ensure consistent delivery
* Drive execution with clarity, managing risks and dependencies effectively
* Balance short-term delivery with long-term product discovery and strategy
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with global teams to align product strategy with business objectives
* Support go-to-market efforts through demos, release notes, and sales enablement
* Work closely with engineering to manage technical challenges and improve usability
Quality & Process Excellence
* Continuously improve team efficiency through process optimisation and proactive communication
* Validate product quality to ensure high technical standards and excellent user experiences
What We're Looking For
Required
* 5+ years of B2B SaaS Product Management experience delivering technical products
* Strong experience with Agile and dual-track delivery (discovery + execution)
* Proven ability to make data-driven decisions in ambiguous environments
* Customer-first mindset with strong design thinking capabilities
* Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
* Resilience, empathy, and a collaborative leadership style
* Experience or strong interest in cybersecurity and/or AI technologies
* Familiarity with AI security risks, vulnerabilities, or technical use cases
* Experience with data-driven storytelling, ROI analysis, or competitive assessments
