About this Role:
We are seeking a talented Category Profitability Finance Manager to lead our dynamic team of Analysts and partner with Marketing and Sales leaders to drive sustainable growth.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of financial decision-making by owning forecasting processes, leading performance reviews, identifying opportunities, and enhancing internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and inspire the work of a Category Profitability Finance Team consisting of ~2-3 driven Analysts.
* Act as key business partner to Marketing and Sales leaders to drive sustainable revenue and profit growth for market-leading brands.
* Review and analyze category financial performance, support strategic decision-making
* Owning quarterly and annual financial forecasting process for selected categories, identify key trends, risks, opportunities
* Present to country finance business leaders.
