The Twelve also has a pizza dozzina to go, and the acclaimed Blackthorn Restaurant as well as private dining.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record, be a self starter, dynamic and very well presented with excellent communication and writing skills. Excellent bar knowledge a requirement.
Leading a team of up to twenty waiters, bartenders, managers and assistant managers, the F&B assistant manager will be responsible for the overall operation of our restaurants and food and bev retail. You will need to be entirely hands on and with a great eye for detail and you must have the ability to ensure SOPs for service are adhered to. You will report to the DGM / GM. This is a big role with a lot of responsibility.
