A well-established logistics provider is seeking a Sea Freight Operator to support end-to-end ocean freight operations.
This role involves managing shipments from booking through to delivery and invoicing, liaising with customers and global partners, and ensuring a high level of service throughout.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating sea freight shipments (liner and forwarding)
Monitoring shipments and managing documentation
Liaising with customers, shipping lines, agents, and transport providers
Handling rate enquiries, quotations, and invoicing
Supporting customs clearance processes and operational activities
Requirements
At least 1 year's experience in a similar sea freight or freight forwarding role
Strong knowledge of sea freight operations and documentation
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Relevant qualification in logistics, supply chain, or business (preferred)
