Commercial Quantity Surveyor A leading main building contractor is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their Dublin-based team. The Role:This position is well-suited to ambitious QSs looking to step into a role with increased responsibility and long-term progression. You will collaborate closely with senior commercial leadership while retaining hands-on involvement in live projects.Key Responsibilities:• Commercial management of construction projects from procurement through to final account preparation • Preparation and management of cost reports, valuations, variations and cashflow. • Subcontractor procurement, negotiation and commercial administration • Contractual correspondence and risk management Requirements: You must hold a degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline along with 18-48 months experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the main contractor environment. A strong understanding of contract knowledge coupled with ambition towards progressing toward Commercial Manager role makes you ideal candidate for this job post!
