**Job Description**: We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing sustainability projects from concept to handover stage. Your primary objective will be to undertake LEED and/or BREEAM Assessments across commercial & industrial schemes from feasibility through to final commissioning. You will also need to understand and apply current and proposed Sustainability related legislation (Building and Planning regulations). Additionally, you will develop and manage client relationships (Internally and Externally) preparing technical reports.
