Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a high‑performing sales team across Structured Cabling, Networking Solutions, office fit‑outs and Data Center markets.
* Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to achieve revenue, margin improvement and growth targets.
* Maintain and grow sales in Ireland by developing and implementing strategies to hit revenue, margin and growth targets.
* Set clear sales targets, performance expectations and provide coaching, guidance and support to help team members achieve goals.
* Recruit, train and manage a high‑performing sales team focused on Network Connectivity sales in Ireland.
* Secure new business for ONNEC Ireland and build strong relationships with key decision‑makers within the Irish market.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (operations, marketing, pre‑sales) to align strategies, resources and delivery.
* Lead negotiations of contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
* Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of strategic accounts.
* Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of revenue performance and communicate client feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Excellent understanding and experience of the Irish Structured Cabling & Active Networking market.
* Proven experience in driving growth, sales leadership and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving and strategic thinking skills.
* Exceptional leadership and people‑management abilities, with a capacity to inspire cross‑functional teams.
* Excellent communication and public presentation skills.
* Strong business acumen and understanding of organisational dynamics.
* Experience in growing and developing an E‑Commerce platform and managed service offerings beneficial.
