We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide support to our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate scheduling and calendar management for senior executives
* Arrange internal and external events, including travel arrangements and meetings
* Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies
* Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures and social media content
* Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth
Requirements
* Experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant or in an administrative sales role
* Strong time-management skills and ability to organize multiple projects
* Great written and verbal communication skills in English
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools
