Convenience Store Manager Opportunity
Sunoco is hiring a store manager for their Sligo location.
About the Role
The successful candidate will oversee the entire operation of our convenience store and Subway facility.
* Recruit, select, train, and develop store personnel to meet sales targets.
* Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure optimal stock control.
* Maintain cost management by achieving set profit margins with potential bonus incentives.
Jobs Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
1. a strong leadership presence with excellent interpersonal skills;
2. demonstrated knowledge of inventory management principles; Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in email software. Strong time - management, organizational skills are also essential.
