Essentials: Property inspection or property management experience; full driving licence and personal car; strong communication and reporting skills
Location: Dublin based office & portfolio
Salary: €32,000 - €35,000
Package: Bonus scheme, mileage, pension plan, onsite parking and moreCoordinate inspection schedules with Property Managers and arrange access with tenantsConduct routine property inspections across residential rental unitsAssess property condition during tenancy, ensuring compliance with tenancy agreementsCheck properties meet minimum housing and fire safety standardsIdentify and report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptlyDocument excessive wear and tear, damage, and compliance mattersTake photographic records of fixtures, fittings and landlord contentsPrepare detailed inspection reports and outline follow-up actionsAdhere to company policies, procedures and reporting standards
